What is your return/refund policy?
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
We regret that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless faulty.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

For easy returns Arcadia the label has teamed up with ParcelPoint. ParcelPoint's returns service allows customers of over 100 different online retailers to return their parcels at a ParcelPoint location at a low cost. When you book your return via their website you will select a location, enter your return details, then receive a returns label to print and attach to your parcel. Then you may take your parcel to your chosen location where it will be lodged for collection by our courier.
Our comPOST bags are also re-useable to send your returns back in.
Do you sell gift cards?

International shipping is not an option at this time, however if you contact me via email we can get items sent to you outside of Australia.
